“I was unable to keep the initial ivory color weight in my vagina. [...] I am happily using the 3rd weight at present. My objective is to eliminate urinary incontinence. Stay tuned!”

You don't have to just live with leaking after menopause.
Skipping the second glass of water before you go out. Mapping the drive around stops. A pad for a walk, just in case.
Nobody actually checked whether this was permanent. They just told you it was.
Supports bladder control · Six progressive weights
No app required

You haven't left it too late.

Kegels are hard to trust when you can't feel the progress.
Perhaps you've tried squeezing whenever you remembered. But without resistance or feedback, it's difficult to know whether you're doing enough. Kegel weights give your muscles something to work against and a clear way to advance.

Start light. Move up when you're ready.
Like any muscle, your pelvic floor gets stronger with resistance. Kegel weights give you feedback you can feel, so you know when you're engaging the right muscles.
Start with the lightest weight you can hold comfortably, then move up when you're ready.
There's no level you “should” be on. Start where you are and progress at your own pace.

Women noticed the difference in everyday moments.
“I am 65 and intend to use this to maintain vaginal muscle tone for personal health. Five stars for a product that is easy to use, but mainly for the continued caring outreach from the company.”
“First, let me say I am 75 years old. The mother of 4. I have suffered many years with bladder leakage. I have tried doing Kegel exercises for years with little success. [...] I started with the lightest weight for about two weeks and then moving on to the next weight. At this point I maintain holding the weight without it slipping out and no leaking.”
“Noticeable difference after just one week! As a post menopausal woman this is a must have purchase if you're experiencing bladder leakage.”
“I am 69 years old [...] and I am experiencing pelvic issues because my muscles are somewhat weak. Presently, at my appointments, my therapist confirmed with me about improvements because of my inserting the Kegel weights with the awesome progression color methods.”
“Getting older, my doctor advised to do Kegel exercise for bladder control and overall health. I thought they would be hard to use, but I find them very easy which makes it easier to do every day. 15 minutes and I am good to go.”
“I purchased because I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and want to make sure everything else stays in place! Have used the 3rd weight for a week and already notice a difference. I can sneeze and cough and not dribble!”
Frequently Asked Questions
Which weight should I start with — and what if it falls out?
Start with the lightest one, even if you think you're stronger than that. Almost everyone finds the first weight harder to hold than expected, and if it slips out, that's information rather than failure. Try lying down first, then build up to standing and moving as you get more comfortable.
I'm past menopause. Is it too late for this to work?
No. Muscle responds to resistance at any age, which is why physical therapists use graded weights rather than telling people to squeeze harder. Plenty of our customers started in their sixties and seventies — one began at 75 after years of unsuccessful kegels. What tends to change with age is how long it takes, not whether it works.
Do I need an app or anything to set up?
No. There's nothing to charge, no app, no account and no subscription. Six weights, a guide, and fifteen minutes. If it can't be done without a phone, we haven't designed it properly.
How will I know when to move up a weight?
When you can hold the one you're on comfortably for the full fifteen minutes while moving around, you're ready for the next color. There's no schedule to keep to — some people move up within two weeks, others take longer, and both are fine.
How long do I use them for, and can I move around?
Fifteen minutes a day. Most people do it while showering, getting ready, or doing things around the house rather than setting time aside. Once you reach your target strength, fifteen minutes twice a week keeps it there.
Do I need lubricant, and how do I clean them?
A little lubricant, genuinely just a little — using too much makes the weight slide straight out. The bundle includes the lubricant, so you're covered there. Afterwards, wash the weight with mild soap and warm water — or a silicone-safe cleanser, sold separately — rinse well, and leave to air dry completely.
I've had a hysterectomy, or I have a prolapse. Can I use these?
Check with your provider first, and ask specifically about internal use. Both come up often among our customers, and plenty use these alongside their care — it's just worth confirming that strengthening is the right direction for your situation before you start.
What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
Message us before you open the set and we'll help you work it out. Unopened sets can be returned within 30 days. Once opened we can't take one back, for hygiene reasons, which is exactly why we'd rather have the conversation first.
Plan your day without planning around the bathroom.
This was never really about your bladder. It's about not arranging your day around it. Begin with resistance that feels manageable and build at your own pace.
