“I am a physical therapist assistant, and five months postpartum with my second and last baby. LET ME TELL YOU how immediately humbled I was by placing in the lightest weight as it fell out immediately, despite my best efforts. This is coming from somebody with knowledge of the human body, I instantly became obsessed with needing to master this...”

You shouldn’t have to plan your day around a leak.
You want to trust your body again, not keep preparing for what it might do.
Loads of women deal with this. That tells you it's common. It doesn't tell you it's permanent.
Make sure strengthening is the right next step.
Postpartum leaking can come from weak pelvic floor muscles. But overly tight muscles can cause problems too.

You’ve tried Kegels. The hard part is knowing whether they’re working.
A few squeezes whenever you remember give you no resistance, progression, or useful feedback.

Resistance and progression. The same way you’d train anything else.
You didn't fail at Kegels. You were handed an exercise with no method.
This is the method. Start with the lightest weight you can hold comfortably. When it becomes easier, move to the next color.

Women noticed the difference in everyday moments.
“I was feeling pretty self-conscious after the birth of my son due to some pretty bad muscle tears. Doctor recommended a kegel regimen to put everything back in the right place, which I tried to do on my own but couldn't quite master. I just didn't feel like I was making progress. Fortunately I found these weights, which helped immensely as I had something to focus on while doing kegels…”
“I originally bought these weights to help with incontinence during my first pregnancy. After 2-3 weeks of daily usage, I noticed a HUGE difference! I was no longer worried about peeing myself while coughing, sneezing, or laughing. The baby is due any day now and I'm sure the weights will come in handy after childbirth too.”
“I don’t need to wear a panty liner most days anymore.”
“These weights got me back to how I was before kids! No more incontinence issues either. I had tried a few other types, which are shaped like a ball, and they didn't work for me. These took just 15 minutes a day, and within a month I saw a noticeable positive change.”
“It's working! I can tell my purse is tighter! I wish I knew about these postpartum.”
“My doctor recommended these after going to pelvic floor therapy after suffering a 3rd degree tear during child birth. They are excellent quality and a very useful tool in enhancing your pelvic floor workout.”
“I no longer fear to sneeze.”
“I purchased this product to help with my pelvic muscles after giving birth. It really works! I like that it comes with 6 progressive kegal weights so you can gradually progress without having to buy new ones.”
“So crazy! WAYYY more difficult to use than I thought they would but definitely helping things get back to how they were pre-two-kids. I can't imagine how strong you'd be to use the heaviest one! DEFINITELY worth the investment!”
“I was recommended this by an obgyn. I use this product after birth for six months straight and then once a week after six months. I started 2 minutes a day and already feel like my floor is stronger!”
“Great product! I use it regularly, especially since I gave birth to my daughter. It really helped me. Glad this product exists. I am not worried for baby number 2, I know I can use this product.”
“The feedback it provides is invaluable.”

The Real Milestone
Think less about your bladder. Get back to what you were doing.
The goal isn't reaching the heaviest weight.
It’s running without mapping the nearest bathroom. Laughing without checking. Sneezing without bracing. Leaving the liner at home.
That’s what you’re training toward: strength that supports bladder control and confidence in your body.
Everything you need to begin.

Common Questions
Once your provider has cleared you for internal use. For most women that’s at the six-week check, though it may be later if you had a tear, an episiotomy or a C-section. If you had a third or fourth-degree tear, ask specifically rather than assuming the standard timeline applies.
Weights are designed for a pelvic floor that’s weak. Leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh or exercise usually points that way. If you have pain, a sensation of heaviness or pressure, or a feeling that something is coming down, see a pelvic health provider before you begin — those can indicate a floor that’s already too tight, or a prolapse, and strengthening would be the wrong starting point.
The lightest. Postpartum, the first weight is often harder to hold than expected, and if it slips out that simply tells you where to begin. Start lying down, then progress to standing and moving as it becomes easier.
When you can hold your current weight comfortably for the full fifteen minutes while moving around. There’s no fixed schedule — some women progress within a couple of weeks, others take longer, and both are entirely normal.
Fifteen minutes. Most women fit it into something they’re already doing — showering, getting ready, moving around the house — rather than setting aside separate time. Insert, carry on, and let the muscles do the work.
No. These are for controlled training rather than high-impact activity. Fifteen minutes of focused work is what builds the strength that carries over into running later.
Six progressive weights, a water-based lubricant and a foaming cleanser. The lubricant matters from the first session, and it isn’t worth improvising — oils can degrade silicone over time. The cleanser is formulated for silicone, so caring for the weights properly isn’t something you have to work out yourself.
No. There’s nothing to charge, no app, no account and no subscription. Six weights, a printed guide and fifteen minutes.
You’ve spent enough time planning around the leaks.
Give your pelvic floor resistance you can feel and progression you can follow.
Begin after provider clearance.
