The small adjustments you've stopped noticing you make
Sitting down.
You pick the easiest angle without even thinking.
Laughing.
Something tightens before you've finished the laugh.
Being close.
You want to want it. Your body arrives at a different answer first.
Explaining it.
You say you're fine because the real answer takes 20 minutes.
You gave it time. You did everything they said. This part still deserves attention.
Holding on is a habit, not a shape
After birth, muscles can tighten to protect tender areas while you heal.
Sometimes they keep holding on longer than they need to.
Gentle pressure can help tight muscles soften, the same way steady pressure helps a knot in your shoulder release.
This kit gives you a way to do that at home, slowly and on your terms.

Common Questions
How soon after birth can I start, and what if I had a tear or C-section?
Once your provider has cleared you for internal use — usually at your postpartum checkup, and sometimes later if you had a tear, episiotomy or C-section. If you had a third or fourth-degree tear, it’s worth asking your pelvic PT about timing and technique specifically before you begin.
Can I use it while breastfeeding?
Breastfeeding doesn’t prevent use. For anything specific to your recovery, your provider is the right person to ask.
Does it replace pelvic PT?
No. Pelvic PT is hands-on assessment and treatment no tool substitutes for. This is how you keep the work going between visits, or after they’ve finished — and many customers arrive here because a physical therapist recommended a wand for home use. It’s worth asking yours to show you where they’ve been working.
Do I have to use the vibration, and what if it’s too much?
Not at all. Plenty of people use it manually and never turn it on, or use vibration only for external work. Start on the lowest setting, or off, and turn it up only if it helps. Some people find vibration makes a tender spot harder to locate — in which case steady pressure is the better tool.
How do I clean and store it?
Warm water and mild unscented soap after each use, then dry it thoroughly, especially around the charging contacts. Store it somewhere dry rather than a damp bathroom drawer.
What if I can’t find the tender spot?
Very common early on, and the most frequent reason people stop. It takes a few sessions to know what you’re feeling for. Go slowly, keep sessions short, and if you’re seeing a provider, ask them to point you to the right areas.
Ready when you are
